I ordered the one ton kit for my Jeep JKU to run 37 inch tires. The last “custom” set I had on the trail left me doing an alignment every time I was done, it was DOM steel and every single time I had too much stress on the linkage and it was always bending, so frustrating! I ordered this aluminum part from the company and it was to be delivered in Las Vegas. I had it in only three days. Part was in stock and shipped out the same day. I am super impressed with the quality. I’ve already done an extreme trail and guess what, no alignment issues after use! This customer service team is absolutely fantastic! They are second to no one. Strongly recommend! From here on out, I will only do business with TMR customs for parts they sell that I need.

1 Ton Jeep JK Steering - 7075 Aluminum
Description
Fits Jeep JK and JKU with Dana 30 or Dana 44 front axle!
TMR Customs 1 TON Jeep JK Steering Kit uses heat treated chromoly rod ends combined 1-1/2" solid 7075 aluminum links! Our made in USA 7075 aluminum is a memory alloy - meaning it can bow/flex and will still return to straight!
Our 7075 Aluminum Links are precision CNC machined in-house to exacting tolerances. Quite simply we manufacture the BEST JK 1 TON steering upgrade kit on the market.
The steering kit will require you to drill all 4 connections (3 x knuckle, 1 x pitman arm) to accept the supplied 3/4" grade 8 bolts. The steering kit will also require a 1-1/2" clamp to attach hydraulic assist ram or other bracketry to attach factory or aftermarket steering stabilizers.

This kit is an "over the knuckle" (OTK) system, also commonly referred to as a "flipped drag link". It will required an axle side raised track bar bracket for proper steering geometry.
Kit requires 17" or larger wheels with 4.25" or less backspacing. All aftermarket wheels are different in fit/design, so wheel spacers may be required for clearance!
NOT INTENDED FOR USE WITH A DANA 60 SWAP. THIS KIT IS BUILT FOR FACTORY DANA 30 AND DANA 44 FRONT AXLES.
