Well built sturdy mounting plate

The Warn 8274 Universal Winch Mount is made well and will work perfectly for mounting my winch. Already installed it on the winch to check fitment and it lined up with the bolt holes perfectly. I think it is built real well and the only improvement could recommend is to have the plate powder coated or at least painted.
