this thing rocks, Looks awesome and the fit it superior. I did have to search you tub videos for the installation but i would rather watch a video on how to than set down and read instructions

Love the truss looks great! The only thing I didn't like, is there were no instructions. I used this truss for my front axel and a Barns 4WD rear 10.5 sterling 3 link truss for my rear axel. I was very impressed the way the Barns had exact instructions to set up compared to this one. I am an expirenced fabricator, but to put this together it is just frustrating going back and forth from the picture to make sure it is correct. It's like buying a Lego set without instructions and they tell you to figure it out from the picture.

Description
Designed specifically to make the 05+ Ford Dana 60 bolt into the front of your Jeep JK/JKU, JL/JLU, or JT!
When sourcing your Dana 60 Axle for this swap choose the following specs:
- 05-Current Ford Front Dana 60
- F250 or F350 Super Duty
- Single Rear Wheel Truck
Choose from "Truss Only" if running a 3 link, or "Truss with Towers and Johnny Joints" if running upper control arms that connect to the factory axle side upper mounts.
Towers and Johnny Joints for the upper control arms sit higher than the factory JK axle. Includes 2 x Johnny Joints and 2 x Billet Mounts to accept your upper control arms. Adjustable upper control arms with flex joints are recommended.
Requires trimming 2" of the casting from the driver side to fit the truss, lower control arm mount and shock mount.
Due to the extra width of the Dana 60 the lower control arm mounts are wider than the factory JK axle. Adjustable lower control arms with flex joints are recommended.
If you are running a Front 3 Link or Front Triangulated 4 Link choose "Truss Only" option from the drop down menu, SKU # 2185. Please add 1 or 2 of SKU # 1114 as it makes an excellent upper control arm mount when placed on top of the truss. Shop our other JK 1 TON Swaps today! Simply tack the truss together on your welding bench, then place it on the axle for final fitment and welding. The brackets will key and fit into slots on the truss for precision alignment and accuracy.

For ABS you will maintain the Ford Dana 60 unit bearings with 60 tooth tone rings. Simply swap over to Dodge ABS Sensors - Mopar part # 5179958AB or Airtec/Ultra-Power part # 5S8491, then use a programmer to adjust your gear ratio and tire size. Keep in mind the factory Jeep JK tone rings are 52 tooth, so you will have to adjust accordingly.
