07-'17 4 door Jeep JKU Delrin Door Hinge Liners & Removal Tool - Delrin Door Hinges

This is the 3rd set of liners, from 3 different suppliers. None of them fit my 2016 JKU door hinges. After reading numerous reviews, where some were perfect and others not so, I really think Jeep used different sized bores on some of their models. My existing liners were paper thin, and wore out. The new ones, had a larger outside diameter so did not fit. The hinge pins themselves fit the inside diameter. I was able to repurpose the items so the disappointment with the product is minimal. That said, TMR was new discovery for me and I am very pleased with their efficient, friendly service. I will not hesitate to keep them on my list as a source outlet.

This should be a standard upgrade on any Jeep. Fitment was perfect on the new parts. Getting the old bushings out can be a pain. A little heat and a hammer goes a long way. I had to drill out two of the lowers with a 3/8" taper reamer.

I just wanted to say your product rocks. I recently replaced the door hinge bushings on my 2017 Jeep Wrangler. Anyone with anneep should replace thsese stock crappy bushings as soon as possible. All but 3 of mine were seized in the hinges, and if not for the bushing tool, the factory liners would have been impossible to remove. Anyone with a jeep should replace the factory bushings asap. Mine has been kept under cover and not abused hard its entire life, so if mine were this hard to replace, I can only imagine what a daily driver would be like, and Jeep should be ashamed to use these awful factory bushings.

This is a high quality kit! Especially the remover tool. Many of the cheaper kits out there had numerous complaints about the tool failing. I had to whack it pretty good to get the old bushings out and the remover tool held up great. You may need a solid punch tool to hammer it back out once you get the bushing out. My 2014 Wrangler doors work great and are now easier to remove. Thank you TMR!
