I purchased these Delrin Door Hinge Liners to replace my OEM liners and wasn't disappointed. I have used other brands of Delrin liners on my previous Jeep but wanted to give these a try. They were a perfect fit, not loose, but snug, easily seated with thumb pressure applied. I do recommend cleaning the hinges thoroughly prior to inserting the new liners. Hardest part was removing the OEM liners without chipping the paint on the hinges, take your time and line up your chisel/tool. Very nice and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for this upgrade.

Hardest part of the installation was removing the old liners. Recommended thoroughly cleaning everything before installing. Inserted with some resistance (not too tight, but tight enough to hold securely), but able to insert without any tools. No issues with door alignment and looks great. Highly recommend

The dimensions and material of the bushings are what you need, not some cheap plastic. They fit snugly so it won't slide out yet it only require a slight tap or two to get it fully seated. The tool is definitely machined correctly, under sizing the body and only keeping the first 1/2" of the tip to size for correct alignment and ease of not getting it stuck. You will be hammering this tool, best to use a small 3lb. hammer and hit it sideways to get more upright swing. Clean the hole after removing the old bushings is highly recommended and just common sense before inserting the bushings. The door slid on perfectly. Great product and American made!
