One of several items I’ve bought from TMR, we’ll built, fits well, bought it on a holiday sale and expected to wait some time to receive it due to major sale and Covid19 disrupting normal business work flow.
I received the truss literally 5-7 days after ordering (from Canada) 🍁. Truss is well built, fit like a glove even on a F450 D60 fatboy. I called Tim to confirm fitment prior to ordering and he was a wealth of knowledge even pointing me to other manufacturers for certain axle pieces he’d used with success on a similar build of his.
I’d highly recommend TMR! Some items are for sure a bit more expensive but when pushing your rig to the limits do you want parts from the lowest bidder or something super strong and high quality. customer service is awesome, you can pick up the phone and literally talk to the guy that designed & manufactured it!!

Description
TMR Customs produces the strongest full width super duty Dana 60 truss kits available for the 05+ Ford Super Duty Dana 60. Period.
CNC laser cut from 3/8" and 1/4" steel. Interlocking/keyed design allows for easy assembly.
The truss kit is full height for maximum strength. Lower profile versions of the truss are weaker in design. Ultimately the limit to your suspension uptravel is often your upper link towers. Since these are positioned on top of your truss you are better to utilize a taller and stronger truss.
The majority of users remove all factory Ford brackets from the axle & cut 2" out of the driver side center section to fit the super duty Dana 60 truss.
Truss WILL NOT work with factory Ford suspension mounts. This truss is designed for swapping the Super Duty Dana 60 into off road applications. Be sure to check out our other axle truss kits & axle drivetrain products.
